Flexible Fitness Teacher Training Course ( FF TTC )

Lots of people try their luck at being a successful coach, but after sometime they quit because they are not satisfied with their earnings and their personal growth. Through the Flexible Fitness Teacher Training Course (FFTTC), we want to share our 20+ years of experience with all those who want to make a successful career in the field of fitness.

Flexible Fitness Teacher Training Course is designed for a person who:

– is already in the fitness field as a coach
– wants to shift their career to the fitness field

Flexible Yoga Teacher Training Course ( FY TTC )

If you want to make a successful career in the field of yoga, then the Flexible Yoga Teacher Training Course (FY TTC) is for you!

By enrolling for this course, you will benefit from the experiences we have gathered over many years of teaching.

Online Flexible Fitness Training

Your mind supports your body and your body supports your mind. In order to achieve anything, first your mind needs to be strong and then the rest follows. Hence, this program has been designed to work on both aspects: your body and your mind.

Our training is for everyone because we customise the training according to each individual’s fitness level and requirements.

Training Content

– Movements (Parkour, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Martial Arts and Yoga)

– Therapeutic training – Pranayama – Relaxation – Food – Lifestyle

Online Flexible Fitness Workshop

This unique online workshop is open to all. You will learn Parkour, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Martial Arts and Yoga all under one umbrella.
