Balance Fitness Certification is a certification in which we focus on each and every elements of fitness (i.e. Strength, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, Co-ordination, Speed, Power, Cardiovascular Endurance and Muscle Endurance).
Our certification program includes elements of Functional Fitness, Parkour, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Martial Arts, Athletic training , Yoga and Yoga therapy.
After this Certification, the student will be able to perform all skills of each level by her/him self.
