A village girl whose path was preset for her by society, Meenu managed to break free from those shackles of society and embarked on a journey towards fitness coaching. Being accustomed to a generally unhealthy lifestyle in her village, Meenu changed every aspect of her lifestyle to achieve the highest level of fitness while completing the Balance Fitness Certification course in Goa. Seemingly a permanent condition, every month before periods she suffered from lower back, chest pain, headaches and fevers. She is now completely free of the menstrual issues that plagued her early adulthood.

She is exceptionally talented with her flexibility being her strongest asset. She practices as a fitness coach herself and also serves as an inspiration for all those village belles who wish to achieve their dreams.
