The journey so far with Flexible Fitness (FF)..

Adi has been with FFG for more than 4 years! I do not remember when and how it all started … from casual engagement to serious practitioner…he has thoroughly enjoyed being with this group and still has lot of fun while doing serious stuff

 Difference I notice in my kid after joining FF classes..

He is more confident boy… he has been always very precautionary.. runs in our blood… and will not be the first one to try givens new stunt / exercise… but does not shy away and makes sure he does it…

It covers mental aspect along with physical..

He is more open and confident person … he has very lean and good body.. and he is aware of his pitfalls and strengths… he has become more aware of body mind connect and food as important aspect of life

 He is doing lot of advanced postures and stunts, has participated in school sports day for gymnastics show…. not that he has participated in any big events but he is open for many ideas .. like he ran dream run (6kms) in 2017 SCCMM… and plans to do 10 Kms. In 2018 in some of the runs

They are. Try simple humble down to earth experts and that’s what connects the expert to the layman… they are very precise in their instructions and the perseverance is very very high… all of them are very very humble … hats off

MY journey so far with Flexible Fitness (FF)..

It has been a fantastic journey so far. I transformed a lot since i joined this program almost 2 years back.

Difference in my personal and professional life after joining FF  classes..

This class made me fully aware of the importance of fitness and how easy it is to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Before joining the class I was 79 kg and almost on the verge of having no of health issues. I used to be out of breath while talking and simple household work was also becoming difficult for me to manage due to excess weight. In the first session itself when I joined Piyush Sir’s class; I started seeing change in me. My food habits changed, I started feeling light and at the end of the first session after 3 months I found that I lost 12kg weight. It was an unbelievable thing for me that with the help of FF sessions and the diet guidelines shared during the session I could easily loose 12 kg in just 3 months !!!

Absolutely! Personally, I started seeing change in my mindset. I started feeling more at peace due to the fitness level I achieved. The cool down session at the end of each class gives the best feeling and a wonderful start for the day. The more healthy routine you follow, the more happier and confident you feel. This class definitely had a great deal of positive impact on my mind.

About FF Coaches and FF System..

Piyush Sir has been an inspiration so far. So down to earth yet absolutely professional and strict during the workout sessions. He never wastes a minute and precisely understands strengths and weaknesses of each student in his class. He is fully aware of what all routines to be taken for a day and comes prepared for class which helps us to be on track during class. Its been a pleasure to have him as my coach.

The best thing I love about FF classes..

There are a number of things but let me list a few which i must mention-

* Discipline in class

* Variation in the routines we do

* Class is very interactive

* Piyush Sir explains the benefits of each and every routine we do so we are fully aware why we are doing that exercise

MY journey so far with Flexible Fitness (FF)  

I have been undergoing training for around 5 months. And the journey so far is good. It has made many difference in my personal and professional life

The training definitely has some impact on my day to day life, be it personal or professional. I feel more energetic.

Flexible fitness as a system is doing an excellent job of providing fitness to people in all age groups under the guidance of well trained coaches. Our coach Mr. Piyush is an excellent coach, helping us keep healthy and fit.

The best thing I love about FF classes

FF system caters to the need of all age groups and has variety of exercises.

One thing I don’t like about FF

There is nothing as such to dislike FF, but the fee is too high 🙂

Well, I would say keep up the good work and try to reduce the fee so that even people in low income group can afford to join FF and benefit.

MY journey so far with Flexible Fitness (FF)..

I’ve been FF for around 9 months now. The journey has been a revelation and given me a lot of unique insights into myself. Flexible Fitness has opened up a new avenue for strength and endurance training which is under supervision to ensure minimal injury but totally exciting and loads of fun.

Difference in my personal and professional life after joining FF classes..

I can’t say my professional life has undergone any change because of Flexible Fitness. However, personally, I know that the confidence in myself, the ability to do anything that sounds difficult or impossible now has all bettered. A general feeling of well being, a feeling based on the fact that I know I can push myself to do more – is ever existing. I notice I am less pessimistic now and the only thing that’s changed in the last few months is this training.

It might sound like Flexible Fitness provides only physical strength training. However, it’s not the case. Strength training was something I used to do previously too. Personally, if someone told me. I’d be able to do 12-15 (possibly even more) pull ups in one go and possibly do 3-4 such sets with sets of Push-ups and other exercises between 2 sets of pull ups, I’d disagree – simply because I believed I wouldn’t be able to do it. What Flexible Fitness has done is complemented the mental endurance with the physical strength. That way, I am not just able do more than what I could earlier, I believe I can still do better. It’s a cycle where the body trains the mind and the mind continuously trains the body.

About FF Coaches and FF System..

The coaches are undoubtedly the backbone of this Flexible Fitness system. The time they take with you to get you to do your best, the way they know the limit to push you to, limits you thought would never be breached and yet instilling in you the confidence that there’s more to be achieved – it’s all the coaches. They are what makes this Flexible Fitness system awesome.

The best thing I love about FF classes..

As mentioned previously, it’s the coach/trainer. A decently informed person can prepare an effective workout routine but to ensure it’s effective and interesting and makes you look towards the days you have the sessions, takes a lot of skill and effort. That’s what I’ve seen in Piyush sir’s classes. Total dedication and how he wants his students to excel and get better.

Some more words from me for FF..

 I understand it’s not easy to do, especially in a group, but I think every now and then (once in a few weeks), individual goals are to be understood/revisited. Not something I dislike about Flexible Fitness, more like a suggestion/feedback, just like how you are getting this feedback. If, at the end of 3 months, the coach asks us how it’s been and what more we’d like to do etc. – and help design training programs to move in that direction, that’d be helpful.

My journey with flexible fitness is just amazing… it’s been more than 1 year I’ve been training with them.

Certainly, it has made a significant change in both my professional n personal life. I’m a dentist by profession and due to the nature of my job I had severe cervical and lumber problem. After joining this class it has improved a lot

I would say I got benefited mentally more . I used to feel depressed before joining this class but now I not only feel relaxed , I got a new approach towards life. So many years of education but nobody taught us why it’s so important to love ourself. I learned it from them.

FF coaches are extremely helpful , friendly and great trainers. They know how to motivate us and give us a mental strength which help us not to give up.

The best thing I love about FF classes..

 Best thing about this class is that for  about 1 n half hour , I forget about all my worries and troubles in my life. My only focus is me which is a wonderful feeling

It’s been 1year , The journey was fantastic, I lost 20kgs with the help of Mrs. Arti Sharma and Mr. Munjay Sharma .

MY journey so far with Flexible Fitness (FF)..

I enrolled for the coaching since last May and its been a great one year of transformation. Every class was filled with loads of fun and really interesting things to learn about myself. I would be really drained off towards the end of each class but I would learn a lot about myself and i would always yearn to come to the next class asap

Difference in my personal and professional life after joining FF classes..

Yes it has made immense difference for me. I was physically very active even after my delivery I would do a lot of intense workout until I had to stop everything due to my slipped disc at 3 spots on my spine my neck upper back and lower back. Thanks to my sedentary worklife and bad sitting posture.

I could never imagine me doing the same old exercises that i used to do. I used to run marathons earlier but now i had lost all hopes. But after joining this class I think I have almost regained infact learnt even more about myself and my back aches are all gone. I can run:-)

We can’t do many things physically because we think we can’t but if we think we can, we can really do stuff and this is realised by me in every class. Cause there’s something challenging my mental blocks in every class.

My coach is very good and is able to get me up to the next level so easily. He watches the way I perform and simple tips and corrections work wonders. Its amazing.

The best thing I love about FF classes..

The coaching is not bound by space it can be done anywhere and its very creative. There is absolutely zero monotonity in the class and it makes it very interesting.

Difference in my personal and professional life after joining FF  classes..

I have been more of a Yoga person and never enjoyed gymming or other forms of exercise. And few years back I had to undergo a surgery and that took a toll on my health. Initially I was skeptical about doing this form of exercise but after joining FF, can’t look back now. There are so many positive changes I am seeing in myself. My stamina has increased and my core has become strong now. And the best thing is I feel energetic and healthy.

Piyush is a fantastic coach. He understands your strengths and weaknesses and motivates you accordingly. He is extremely patient and supportive. He always pushes you to the next level. The entire course is very well designed for every individual.

The best thing I love about FF classes..

I enjoy the variety we have in the class right from flexibility to strength training to learning Parkour moves. No class is same so it is not boring and we have a lot of fun together.

Nothing so far. I am enjoying it thoroughly.

Been training for the past 1 year now. Journey has been great and I am happy that I am a part of FF.

Difference in my personal and professional life after joining FF  classes..

Class has made a lot of difference in my life because, I had cervical spondylitis with sever pain. Now with the exercises it rarely pains. My stamina has increased, body mind co-ordination has improved.

I think the coaches are the best that I have seen. They know the minute details about the body, what exercises are needed when, what exercises for whom.

It would be better if you can also start with imparting of diet/nutrition knowledge or diet/nutrition charts for the student.
