1. What were you doing before you enrolled for the TTC?
I was studying engineering and then I completed my MBA. I’ve been a good student, but the field of sports (jogging, volleyball, etc) always attracted me and it was my passion.
2. Why did you want to enroll for the TTC?
I wanted to become a coach to learn how to train and connect with others, and earn a living, too. Improving the performance of my students and staying fit for a lifetime are the positive aspects of becoming a coach.
3. When did you enroll for the TTC and how was the journey for you?
I enrolled for the TTC in 2014. The 6-month journey was an absolutely amazing one for me! My life changed dramatically after completing the course.
During the course, I met many other participants and there was so much of diversity of experience. There was even someone who had never run a day in his life, and seeing the transformation this training brought in him was truly inspiring. Then there was another participant who led a very sheltered life and had never ever travelled by train. Through the course of the training, it was wonderful to see all the participants ‘blossom’.
Then the trainers themselves: Gunjan sir and Chandan sir. Their work 24/7 and their dedication was truly awe inspiring. They packed a lifetime of their experience in just 6 months.
4. Because of the TTC, what are the physical, mental and emotional changes you noticed in yourself?
I’ve always been a fitness freak, but the course brought about a tremendously positive change in me; not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. My food habits changed dramatically. My lifestyle, the way I communicated with others and my discipline became a source of inspiration for others. After completing the TTC, I continued to apply what I had learned and my new learnings became a part of my daily routine. I believe that physical fitness is essential and one’s outlook to life is dependent on it.
5. Can you achieve financial stability after completing the TTC and how long did it take you to do that?
You can definitely achieve financial stability after completing the TTC.
Though I completed the TTC in 2014, I started my teaching journey only in July, 2015. Within the first month itself, my earnings as a coach helped me to achieve financial stability. I began to earn more than a lakh every month. The TTC has brought about a certain passion and drive in me which is helping me sail through life. I had never imagined in my wildest dreams that I would achieve so much so soon. I value the dedication and honesty the TTC has taught me.
6. Do you think you will give up being a coach and take up another profession in the future?
No, I would never want to give up being a coach; at least not in this life! I had never imagined I would achieve this level of success.
7. Do your students enjoy your classes? Please share your stories with us.
Yes, my students enjoy my classes a lot. In fact, they don’t consider this to be a class but think of it as play.
Play and fun are such important parts of our life, but unfortunately, we seem to have forgotten how much joy it can bring us. My students feel re-connected with their childhood and also with nature. And through this play, they manage to solve any issues they are facing.
There are different age groups in one class and this program is customised to meet the requirements of each student.
I’d like to share a story with you of one my students who was bitten by an insect. This caused her immense discomfort for many months. But within three months of joining my class, she began to feel normal again. Her health, diet and improved fitness levels was the cause of this.
8. It’s been 6 years since you completed the TTC in 2014. During this time, do you feel you have accomplished the purpose and objectives of why you enrolled for the TTC?
I have definitely achieved the purpose of doing the TTC. It has set a stable base for me and has provided me with a strong foundation, so now it’s easy for me to build on that. But still I feel I have a long way to go. I’m very excited for my future.
One of the first things that was shared with us in the first session of the TTC was “As you think, you are.” And I have found that to become the highest truth of my life.
9. Can you share something about how Gunjan sir and Chandan sir conduct their trainings?
Their training is “ultimate”! They always inspire me. Everyone around me encouraged me to become like them and so I was very excited to spend 6 months with them as part of the TTC.
Their training methods are very good and also very unique. They customize their training for each student based on their requirements. Not rushing, being cool and precise, and establishing a connect with their students has been of immense help to them.
The thoughts shared by Gunjan sir and Chandan sir make their students contemplate and life has become easy and beautiful.
10. What are the benefits one can get by doing the TTC?
There are many benefits. Your fitness ability becomes very good. Through the course of the training, you also become a better human being and thus a good teacher. Whatever your aim is in life, you feel you can accomplish it without any regrets. You learn to be happy and find happiness in even small things. Selfappreciation, financial stability, independence, and emotional balance are some other important benefits one can get by doing the TTC.
11. If a person’s fitness level is very basic/normal, can they still become a teacher and achieve financial stability after completing the TTC?
The TTC will help you to achieve both physical and financial stability. I have seen many students in my class who were unable to even walk properly leave alone run. If they could achieve success, why can’t you?!
12. Is there anything else you would like to share with us?
Overall, I can say that the TTC is a very special course. Training with Gunjan sir and Chandan sir is a privilege. They are very dedicated and take care of each student. Through the course, you get to know them and learn from their life and experiences. It is important that you give your 100% during the course to derive maximum benefit from the course. Be honest and open and take in as much as you can.

1. What were you doing before you enrolled for the TTC?
I was a farmer in Bihar and then I began working in a factory in Ludhiana. I was working there for about 15 years and earning a salary of Rs 15,000/- per month.
2. Why did you want to enroll for the TTC?
I wanted to do the course so that I could become a coach and earn money. In my factory job, when I would go to collect my salary at the end of the month, they would not pay me on time and I was very disheartened by their behavior. So, I wanted to do something by which I could earn both money and time.
3. When did you enroll for the TTC and how was the journey for you?
I enrolled for the TTC in 2011. My journey was wonderful as I not only learned many new things, but these were things that I had never ever dreamed of learning. I had always wanted a stable career in my life and by doing the TTC and becoming a coach, my dream became a reality. One of the valuable things I learned was how to communicate with people. For example, in my factory job, when the phone would ring I would never pick it up but now I don’t hesitate to speak to people. Another thing I learned was how to eat, how to walk, and how to relate to my family.
4. Because of the TTC, what are the physical, mental and emotional changes you noticed in yourself?
Let me give you an analogy to explain this better. I was like a brass item that became polished thanks to the TTC and my life began to shine like a diamond. At first I was earning only Rs 15,000/- in my factory job, but today there is no dearth of money in my life.
My communication drastically improved and I began to enjoy my life. I have two sons and I had never even carried them on my shoulders during their childhood days like a typical father would do. I never spoke to them or my wife with care and concern. And today when I look at myself, I can’t believe how I was with them earlier.
If I wanted a glass of water, I would not go and get it myself. I would ask someone, but today I realize the worth of becoming self-reliant and I’m totally independent now. I used to feel like a machine that was working round the clock just to earn money for my family, but today I earn the same amount of money in just an hour. And I feel truly ‘alive’ now!
I’m from a farming family in Bihar. I used to attend school and I was very good in running. After school, I would return home and assist my family in the field and I never paid much attention to my physical fitness. But today because of my enhanced physical abilities, thanks to what I learned in the TTC, people notice me and I feel I’m one in a million who can do such moves.
5. Can you achieve financial stability after completing the TTC and how long did it take you to do that?
I achieved financial stability with 3-4 months of completing the TTC. And slowly and surely, after 6 months, I began earning above Rs 60,000/- per month.
6. Do you think you will give up being a coach and take up another profession in the future?
Oh no, never. Even in my dreams I cannot imagine pursuing another career! Today I have no financial issues; I’m earning in lakhs. I’m also interacting now with reputed people from various professions, such as doctors, engineers, and lawyers. I’m in good company thanks to them.
There is also flexibility in timings. If I want to work for just 2 hours a day, I can do that and still earn very well and live comfortably. Earlier I would work round the clock and still not earn as much as I’m doing today.
7. It’s been many years since you completed the TTC. During this time, do you feel you have accomplished the purpose and objectives of why you enrolled for the TTC?
By doing the TTC, I gained much more than I had ever expected to. My financial problems have ended and my life has improved so much. At first, I used to feel like a machine, but now I feel truly alive. I have the freedom and flexibility to take a break whenever I want to. My students are very caring and they always ask me if they can be of any help to me. What more can a teacher ask for!
Let me tell you another story from 2011. This was the year in which I had completed my TTC. I was in Noida then. Because of many years of hard work in the factory, I had developed severe knee issues. The ligament in my knee had torn and I needed approximately Rs 2 lakhs for my treatment. My student saw me in pain and offered to help me financially. Though I didn’t take the money from him, I was extremely touched by his gesture.
8. Can you share something about how Gunjan sir and Chandan sir conduct their trainings?
What they’ve given me is not training, but they have greatly enhanced my life! It’s because of their training that I have truly learned how to live, how to communicate, what to eat, etc. I trust them blindly and I was quick to follow their advice. Why wait to adopt something good? Because of the training they have given me, I’m able to earn in lakhs.
Also, I’m enjoying what I do and it doesn’t feel like work. When I do various moves, I’m strengthening myself, gaining experience, and also earning well.
I have never seen God, but for me my parents are God-like because they have brought me up with a lot of love and care. After them, I idolize Gunjan sir and Chandan sir as they have made me what I am today.
9. If a person’s fitness level is very basic/normal, can they still become a teacher and achieve financial stability after completing the TTC?
Definitely! Now take me as an example. Earlier, I could only run but after the TTC I can do so many new things and slowly my capabilities have also increased. It took me nearly a year to do a hand stand, so with time a person can definitely achieve more than what they could initially do. It’s important to be focused and dedicated.
Some of the students in the TTC had very poor fitness levels, but today they have become very successful coaches and are earning lakhs of rupees.
I consider myself very lucky that I could enroll for the TTC and I’m here in front of you today as an example of how the TTC can change your life in a very positive manner.
10. Do your students enjoy your classes? Please share your stories with us.
I have so many stories about my students that I don’t know where to begin. Ok, let me start by telling you about one of my students who considers me as his idol. He joined my class about a year after I completed my TTC. He would think I’m doing gymnastics, yoga, aerobics, or calisthenics but overall I shared with them that all of these are nothing but ‘fitness’ and this is what I teach my students also.
The next story I’d like to share is about a lady who joined my class about 2 years after I had completed the TTC. Her children were already training under me for 6 months. She had a cervical problem and also had knee pain as she was habituated to wearing high heels. After a month of training, her cervical issues disappeared and I also trained her to walk correctly. Within 2 months, her life took a positive turn and she was extremely grateful.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that even if one family member joins my class, seeing the improvement the rest of the family members soon join. So in my next story, the first person to join my class from the family was a child. His mother noticed the positive change in him and she joined my class. She has been training with me for 3 years now. Then she enrolled her daughter as well, but told me that her daughter has a habit of leaving a class halfway through without completing it. I asked to speak with her daughter for just 5 mins. after which her daughter has been coming regularly to my classes and enjoying them. It’s been only 2 months, but what I could share with her in this time has been invaluable for her. She now feels she should have joined my class at least a year ago. Being a very good student, she has received a scholarship and now she’s heading to the UK for further studies. And thanks to her push, her father who was a regular gym goer for over 10 years took one class with me and has also enrolled. So I’m now training 4 members of the same family.
In 2011, 6 months after completing my TTC, I was conducting my training in Noida. A student’s sister had come from Lucknow and she joined my class. She was unmarried then. This year I received a call from her. She’s married now and has a 4-year old daughter. She’s suffering from migraine, thyroid, slipped disc and also has sciatica. To top it all, she needs to take medication to sleep as she’s also suffering from sleeplessness. After just few online class with her (because of the lockdown), she felt so good and could also sleep well. After 8 classes, her migraine has disappeared and her back problems have drastically improved.

1. How has your journey with us been so far?
I started my journey 6 months ago and it has been amazing. Each session makes you learn something new and you definitely go satisfied and happy after each session.
2. What are the differences you have noticed in yourself after joining the training?
I can definitely see many changes in myself. I feel my strength, flexibility, coordination, conditioning and self awareness about my body and muscles has drastically improved. This class has overall developed my personality and my attitude towards workouts and my life and how one must appreciate all the little improvements.
3. Did this training help you both physically and mentally?
I definitely see improvement physically but i equally do mentally. Sir’s constant belief and positivity makes me belief in myself more and inspires me to always have a positive mindset. The sessions don’t only include workout but also very productive talks on diet, sleep pattern and building a strong and positive mindset which results into overall personality development and makes you realise that these points are equally important for a good progress.
4. Please share your experience about the coaching you have received.
This has been an incredible experience. It is great to have a coach who’s sessions include fun plus lot of learning. I can see better and fast progress in myself because each pointer given by Gunjan sir is backed by his years of experience. He has taught us to believe in building a strong mindset and then the body will follow it. At the end I always look forward for his next class.

1. How has your journey with us been so far?
It has been exhilarating experience . Words fall short as I really feel blessed that I have developed so much trust in a teacher and discovered my best physical and mental potential in a very short time.
I was into fitness practice since 2015 with regimes like Zumba, Pilates, Yoga . I was a certified fitness coach but still I was not able to unlock simple physical skills like a pushup, headstand, crow pose and much more. I had bad period cramps, constipation and an unbalanced lifestyle.
Then I met Gunjan sir, in 2018, the founder of Flexible fitness.
The first talk with him itself made me believe that my world is going to change. There was big shift in the approach towards over all wellbeing.
Under his guidance, I changed my diet, my methods of training my body, lifestyle choices towards a more minimalistic and sustainable living. The journey is still ongoing but the miracles which I saw inside me as a fit person were many. I started training with sir when I underwent right ankle fracture through a silly fall. I had no hopes of making my body strong in such a situation but sir modified my training module and made me do wonders with my body even being half limited. Isn’t that magical?
Under his training, I recovered so holistically that I could do parkour moves even better after the plaster opened without an inch of muscle loss.
And I never looked back since then. Sir also worked on my teaching skills.
I would like to admit that before I was not financially stable inspite of being a hardworking fitness enthusiast. But after polishing my coaching skills and my confidence with my upgraded physical performance, I started earning abundantly.
The best part of this training program is that it is designed to be an energetic and holistic workout with so much fun drills that you won’t feel bored like other regimes which have reps of some repetitive exercises. Its been two years I haven’t given a break from this training .Yet it feels like the first class every time. Each class is full of achievements and surprises. 2. What are the differences you have noticed in yourself after joining the training?
A big shift in my mindset was what I found. Inhibitions and fears of falling and failing are now my guiding angles. I gained muscle and lost fat.
My training was smartly structured in a way where my body could adapt quickly.
Before any physical skill challenge would make me nervous ,now I take it as a new learning.
I am different person overall.
3. Did this training help you both physically and mentally?
Oh yes! Owing to the endless physical training and the mindful motivational conversations with Gunjan sir, I have a strong body with a well balanced and calm mind.
Lot of times, when I feel low, nervous or tired, sir boosts me up with his encouraging words. The classes are not just for workouts, but also leaves me with a new sense of confidence, positivity and direction in life. Through sir’s training, I quickly realised that Fitness is just not about aesthetics but enjoying the gift of our being. Staying disciplined, motivated became my second nature as sir always taught me the real values of life. I started trusting the healing power of my body and mind and crossed barriers of self doubt. My athletic performance became sharper , my teaching skills got polished. As a fitness coach myself, I emerged as a successful teacher who transformed other’s lives as well.

The coaching has always been professional and worth the money, energy and time I invested with Gunjan sir. One hour of class seems like going back to childhood days full on energy and fun.
Some sessions are intense and challenging too, but it’s complimented with sir’s huge cheering for boosting my self confidence and shunning any negative thoughts that limits my potential.
There was a day when my body was not upto its highest spirit on the first day of my period. Gunjan sir made me do a light session of Martial arts and awakened the warrior inside me. I started vibrating in higher frequency with the broadest smile ever. Hence I make sure, I never miss any single session with him. Who would not like to be their best version when they can be, right?

I have been training under Gunjan sir since the past two years.

1. How has your journey with us been so far?
In simple terms: enriching and empowering! In just 4 months I have noticed stark differences physically. I had been working out for two years, but my fitness curve took a steep turn upwards because of Sir’s right technique and guidance which aligned perfectly with my goals.

1. How has your journey with us been so far?
I have joined 4 months ago. In these 4 months, it is amazing to see the progress I have made which is more than the progress I’ve made in the last 2 years. Previously, I lacked strength and agility. I always wanted to improve my upper body strength. Despite trying to do pushups for many years, I could never achieve doing them. After joining sir’s training, within 3 months I was able to do pushups.
Sir doesn’t teach exercises, but he teaches how to play with movements and I enjoy that. I feel that more than learning physical exercises, we’re learning how to train our mind. Because of sir, I have learned to notice progress in myself however small. And due to this, each and every day fills me with happiness.
2. What are the differences you have noticed in yourself after joining the training?
Sir has built my confidence in such a way that whatever I dream of I feel I can achieve. Before joining sir’s classes, I tried to master many advanced yoga postures, but all my teachers just told me that with practice and time I will get there. But despite constant practice I was unable to achieve the desired results and that made me lose my confidence.
Within these 4 months of joining, the confidence that sir has inspired in me makes me want to dream higher than before. At times when I feel loss of confidence, I call sir and he never fails to inspire me. I have trained under 3-4 teachers, but no one spoke about achieving 100% results. Here, I feel sir’s gifts are the many postures he teaches his students.
3. Did this training help you both physically and mentally?
Due to this training, I have come to realise that overall fitness is a combination of strength, flexibility, speed, agility, cardio and so on.
